Mr. Faiz is always helpful. He speaks English and a little Arabic, too. The hotel is basic but clean, and it works fine for a few nights. Just don’t expect a romantic atmosphere. 😀

The place felt safe, with a gate opened by card, and it was really cheap. I needed a boarding house in the Bintaro area for just a week, and the price seemed fair for what was there. The staff were the downside. They didn't seem very attentive, and when I asked questions, they'd say something like “lola lolo” or “I don't know, I can't.” You'll need some patience.

The billiards room on the third floor is a comfortable place to hang out, with two tables and a staff member who racks for you. There's also a dining area on the ground floor. The price is pretty affordable for the facilities, and I'd recommend it.
