I nearly skipped booking because of the negative reviews, but went ahead and had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, the AC was cold, and the toilet was spacious. My rate included a simple packed breakfast of fried noodles and fried rice. Good value for the money.

I can’t recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a safe, family-friendly, or professional setting. The unacceptable practices need serious attention from management before I’d advise anyone to stay here.

The location is strategic and the wifi worked pretty well, but I had a bad stay. The staff were fairly nice, yet there was a cockroach as soon as I opened the room and, worse, a mouse inside. The sheets had stains and hair on them, the bed felt hard, the AC remote didn’t work, and there were no towels. There wasn’t even a hanger. Don’t expect the usual hotel items like instant coffee, tea bags, sugar, a kettle, slippers, or a fridge, since none were provided.

The location in BSD is convenient, with a restaurant and convenience store next door, and the lift is helpful for higher floors. It’s a typical backpacker or transit hotel, with basic facilities that are enough for one night, though cleanliness needs work. Parking is limited, and a double-bed room has no extra space. They give two bottles of water and airy signature snacks. Hot water worked well. TV choices are very limited, and some channels have poor reception. Breakfast comes boxed, with coffee or tea, bread and jam, and fruit.
