Mustika deserves a special mention for being so attentive and helpful. I found the staff professional and friendly, and the facilities and service were excellent. On my business trip, I slept well in a clean, quiet room that was clearly well kept. It was a great stay, and I’d consider coming back.

Anissa and Yaya on the breakfast team, along with Bella from concierge, made our mornings feel special with how warm and attentive they were. The welcome from the whole staff was lovely, and I felt looked after from check-in through check-out. Everyone was ready to help with a smile, which made our stay all the more enjoyable.

Having the hotel linked to the mall was a real help since we didn’t have a car, and it put entertainment close by. We also had easy access to our family and all the wedding preparations in Jakarta, including food tastings and dress fittings before our Bali wedding in June. Anisa looked after us at breakfast each morning, chatting with us and suggesting food. On our last day, she gave my fiancé and me a treat and wished us luck in our marriage. Gege was friendly and attentive too. The person at The Koffee in the lobby, whose name I unfortunately didn’t get, was also very accommodating, especially when the card reader kept having trouble connecting to WiFi during our coffee visits. Everyone was so friendly. We had a great stay and will definitely be back.

We arrived to find a lovely birthday setup in the room for our daughter. The Front Office and Concierge teams helped everything go smoothly, and those thoughtful touches made our family feel cared for right from the start. Daren, Edrilia, Raffy, Vannesya, and Hilman Valliandry were kind and professional throughout. It was a warm first impression, and we’re looking forward to the rest of our stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta Bintaro Jaya.

We couldn’t find anything to complain about. The hotel was wonderful, with a convenient lobby entrance to the shopping center, a great restaurant, and friendly staff. It was clean and well located too. Thanks to everyone for a fantastic stay.
