We had room breakfast, and it was delicious: fried rice, an omelette, fruit, and juice. The room fit three people and felt quite spacious, and the hotel is close to the toll. There are also cafes and restaurants within walking distance, so it's easy to find food nearby. The bathroom exhaust wasn't working and hopefully they'll repair it. A raised edge on the shower floor would also help stop water from spreading everywhere. Still, it's a nice place for a staycation, and I'd recommend it.

The staff are really nice, but the room, especially the bathroom, is a major problem. There's no curtain or step separating the shower area, so water gets all over the floor around the toilet and sink. It doesn't drain well, and by morning the toilet smells bad.

The lift was very fast, though getting to the basement required a staff card. The experience was adequate overall. The pool felt small for the number of guests, and the gym was very basic, below what I expected. The railway is nearby, and trains pass every 15-20 minutes. You can hear them, so the soundproofing could be better.

Breakfast was great, and the room itself was quite big, though the bathroom was tiny. There were ants all over the room, and the hair dryer didn't work. The engineer couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. Check-in took longer than it should have. We arrived around 15 minutes after 3 pm, and reception said the room still needed to be prepared and rechecked.

The kids had a great time in the small pool, which was more than enough for them. Breakfast had lots of tasty options too. We got a family room with plenty of space, especially useful for a family like mine with three kids. Very worth staying here with family.
