It’s a peaceful, quiet apartment, and the room feels cozy and looks nice. Malls, train stations, hospitals, schools, and toll roads are all relatively easy to reach from here.
The city view is fascinating, and the staff are cooperative. It’s also very peaceful and comes fully equipped.
Pretty good.
Please sort out the problems at Bintaro Icon apartment, especially on the 12th. I booked it for 6 hours on a weekend for 250k. The view was good and the mattress was okay, but there was just a small door to look out from, and the view was very dirty. The shower had no running water, and all the lights were off except the one in the middle. I wanted to complain but felt awkward, like people might say, “It’s only been 6 hours and you’ve already got all these complaints.” Management or the Bintaro Icon apartment crew, please fix these things so people staying or stopping over for 6 hours or a few hours can feel comfortable and want to come back.
The security guard was arrogant and made assumptions about us. I wasn’t a daily resident or renter. I was dropping off my brother’s friend, who lives in the apartment. I politely asked where the drop-off point was. The guard asked for our unit, and after we said unit xxx, he answered sarcastically. My friend had about five items and didn’t want to hold up the lobby, so I thought I’d park briefly and help unload. The guard said, “Parking is for residents only,” in a rude way, without taking the situation into account. I didn’t park after all. I backed up to the lobby and unloaded everything there. I told him that if I couldn’t park with that much stuff, he should help, and that he shouldn’t blame me if we disrupted traffic in the lobby. He took offense, and we ended up arguing there. It turned out THEY THOUGHT I WAS A DAILY RENTER. I’ve since read other reviews saying daily renters are treated poorly too. With staff acting like that, I wouldn’t come back even for a minute. I don’t know whether the security SOP makes daily renters uncomfortable, or whether the guards simply weren’t taught basic manners. I was there for only 5 minutes and still left a 1-star rating. I can only imagine what the 1-star reviews from people who actually stayed here are like, haha.
