Breakfast was one of the best parts of our stay, with a wonderful team. Pak Noval has looked after us since our first visit and is thoughtful and proactive, even offering tea when I had a sore throat. He remembered our requests on the following days, which we really appreciated. Thanks as well to Chef Yanto, Chef Fauriyah, and Chef Dedi for the creative, delicious food that made breakfast feel different each day. Pak Valerio, Ibu Jamu, and many others were lovely too. My wife and I live in Germany, and this was our second stay at Hotel Tentrem Jakarta. The room was consistently spotless after daily cleaning, and the room service met our expectations. Our executive contact, Pak Rizky, was warm, professional, and always attentive in the executive lounge. Ibu Christine (Director) deserves thanks for assigning him to us. @pinky was so kind and attentive. She got activities ready for the kids as soon as we arrived, while I was checking in, which kept them happy and busy. The service felt personal and warm throughout. Hotel Tentrem Jakarta was comfortable and clean, with a calm atmosphere that made us feel at home. We’ll definitely come back! 💛

Breakfast had a generous selection of Javanese dishes alongside Western food made fresh. Anita and Noval from F&B were kind and helpful, making sure our requests were taken care of and that we enjoyed our meals. Service was good across the front office, housekeeping, and F&B, and the staff were friendly throughout. The hotel’s lovely Yogyakarta-inspired style extends across the property, which has a fresh lemongrass scent. Check-in was quick, and the room was spacious and spotless, with wide, comfortable beds and pillows and crisp white sheets. A lovely place to stay in Serpong. IDB #1709

Hotel Tentrem’s ballroom was elegant, spacious, and well maintained, with lighting and interior design that created a luxurious but comfortable feel. It worked very well for a corporate event and formal gatherings. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and offered plenty of variety. The event team was professional, responsive, and attentive to the details, helping everything run smoothly and making it memorable for the guests. Thanks to the Tentrem Team for their dedication and hospitality: Sales Team Tiwi and Astrid; Banquet Team Arilla, Dedi, Rehan, Hanif, Fikri, Rifaldi, Alfarabi Jafar, and Rifat; Engineering Team Teguh, Iqbal, and Marcuss; and Chef In Charge Chef Puji, Chef Rully, Chef Zura, Chef Alsi, and Chef Ester. The facilities and service feel like five-star standards. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a premium event venue.

The staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive from check-in through checkout, and the room was spacious, very clean, and well equipped. Hotel Tentrem Jakarta has an elegant, calm atmosphere that suited both business and leisure. The facilities, dining, and service all felt like a true five-star experience. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and quality in Jakarta.
