I booked seven rooms and asked about early check-in, a later checkout, and keeping us on the same floor. They were very helpful and kind about it. The service was a highlight, especially Mba Dinda (Sales Nemuru Hotel), who was willing to help with our requests and itinerary. Thanks! The rooms are comfortable and roomy enough for two or three people. The pool and restaurants are useful extra facilities, like at other hotels, though I don't think guests should have to pay extra for pool floaties. Room amenities such as tissues, shower caps, toothbrushes, and toothpaste could be improved, and the phones should connect properly to other rooms and reception. My personal rating is 4/5, but I'd recommend it for the hospitality and service.

I won't choose this hotel again. Two weeks ago, I booked through a well-known app and selected a smoking room, since I smoke regularly. At check-in, the receptionist told me every room was non-smoking. I pointed out that the app let me choose between smoking and non-smoking, but they still insisted all the rooms were non-smoking. I was very disappointed.

The room was comfortable, and staff were helpful when an issue came up with it. My OTA booking caused a check-in problem, but the staff patiently helped me sort it out, and the service was very good. I later found the hotel's own website has cheaper rates than booking through an OTA, so I'd book there instead.

The room has a good amount of space, but the hotel sandals are slippery.

It works for me since it's close to the places I visit for work. Not bad.
