I've been living here for almost two months and haven't had a bad experience with the security guards, despite reading so many complaints about them. I hope it stays that way. The rooms are really affordable, but don't expect a high-class apartment. They're livable, and the rent is so cheap for me. For a studio, there isn't much space, so I'd recommend an unfurnished room that you can set up yourself. I've heard they'll be rebuilding the gym for a month. I hope it gets done sooner, because I need access to it as soon as possible. The freight elevator sounds scary, though. That's all so far.

A nice place to live with all the facilities available, and it's near BSD.

No Wi-Fi, no hot water, no free parking, and no room card. Not a good pick for a staycation. 👍 Edit: don't rent this room through any apps.

The rooms are in really poor shape. The owner said they were good, but once you go in, it's not what you'd expect. Don't be drawn in by the low price.

It has a quiet, family-like atmosphere, and the staff and security are very professional.
