I’m concerned about the security supervisor. We live here because the apartment is comfortable and we trust it, so one person shouldn’t damage that faith. Please remind security to be polite and respectful to tenants. I’ve experienced this myself and seen it happen to other tenants too. We don’t need them to greet us or ask what we’re doing every time, but a smile would be nice. Sometimes they look angry or expressionless. Manners matter, and respect can’t be bought with money.
