The training went smoothly in a comfortable, well-equipped meeting room. I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Nalendra Subang too, with a clean, cozy room and friendly staff who were happy to help. A solid option for work events or a short visit.

The noise was awful, with people talking and laughing in the middle of the night. In room 206 after checking in on March 03, 2024, I also found a really filthy bathroom mat and dim bathroom lighting. There wasn't even an umbrella in the lobby when I wanted to head out. The room felt overpriced for what it was, and the place was dirty and noisy. High season shouldn't mean service and facilities can fall short like this. I left disappointed.

One of the better hotels in Subang city.

Breakfast was decent, with Indonesian and Western options. Since I booked two standard rooms, I asked for connecting rooms, and the front office staff were helpful in finding them and opening the connecting door right away. The new hotel has a swimming pool, which I think may be the first in Subang City. There are still things to improve, like the booster pump sound that kicks in every 2 or 3 minutes. There was still a promo rate when I booked, and using an app can make the price a bit lower than booking offline.

The pool and spa near the restaurant are nice to have, and there's parking for cars and motorcycles. The restaurant was good enough. Room views vary, with some facing the pool, street, or city, but the windows in several room types are too small. The refrigerator is small too. All in all, a good hotel.
