The price makes it a decent deal, but cleanliness would need to be a top priority for me to give it four stars. Dust is everywhere, and spiderwebs are easy to spot. The toilet wasn't clean enough, though most things worked; the water heater didn't. There was just one towel and a bar of soap. The beds were in okay shape, but the covers weren't good. The pillowcase smelled fine, and the AC worked well. It was just about acceptable for an overnight stay, though on a weekday or outside high season it might feel creepy, with the area outside dark at night.

The room is fine for one night, and it's very cheap, so don't expect too much. The parking area is pretty dark because there isn't much lighting.

I've stayed overnight here twice now. The price is economical, and behind the cottage there's lovely scenery, with a fish pond and rice fields.

Great concept, grounds, and location. The villas just need more attention when it comes to maintenance.
