I went by the positive reviews when I booked, so arriving yesterday was a letdown. Check-in was meant to be at 2:00 PM, and I got there at 2:30 PM expecting to go straight to my room. Instead, I waited two hours because it still hadn't been cleaned. They seem short on staff, and guests end up waiting a long time.

The location works well, but the room itself had a bad smell and wasn't very clean. The facilities need attention too: the AC was noisy, the blankets smelled, the sink leaked, and things seemed poorly maintained.
