Airy Sentul Raya Jakarta KM 49.5 Bogor

The bedroom and bathroom were a good size, parking was spacious, and Airy provided free snacks. I booked two nights through Airy for around 540k per night including breakfast. I asked for a quiet room from the start, but mine was beside the stairs, so I heard every footstep. It was below the lobby and felt like a basement, with no windows. The AC was loud, and music from what may have been a club carried clearly at night. The floor tiles had permanent stains, and the TV only had local channels. I asked to move rooms the next morning. Reception said they'd handle it after checkout once the next guest left, but by 3 pm I still hadn't heard anything. When I called, they said the room wasn't available. I also had to call three times for slippers, which arrived an hour later. The shower ran very slowly and its temperature kept changing. At breakfast, someone was smoking in a corner of the indoor, air-conditioned restaurant.
