There’s lots of parking, and the grounds are spacious, with fresh air and lovely walks in the sun. It’s a great retreat from a polluted, super busy city like Jakarta. The drive is short, about 6 km from the main road, but getting in from there is a bit challenging. Small buses and cars can make it.

The view is beautiful, the air is fresh, and there’s a small river, rice fields, and a bamboo track for a morning walk. If you care most about the scenery, I’d recommend this hotel. The rooms and food are pretty ordinary for a 3-star hotel, and the interior is just so-so. There’s dust in several places, and the sliding door to the terrace or balcony is hard to open. Food choices at breakfast, lunch, and dinner are very limited, with no bakery items or cereals at breakfast. It would be better for kids if the outdoor area had things like a seesaw, swing, or slide.

The view and atmosphere are beautiful and calming. There’s a swimming pool for fun, and flowing water that makes a nice photo spot. The friendly tour guide is fun, shares all kinds of events, and is also a cool photographer.

It’s a good place to bring family or groups. The room was clean and breakfast was good, though they were very slow to serve and refill drinks when they ran out. The bathroom felt kind of creepy and the lighting was too dark. It’s a little pricey for this kind of hotel, but I enjoyed being here overall because the staff were so helpful and kind.
