The Glamping @ARTOTEL Pelangi Park

The staff were kind and ready to help with requests. We found them very helpful, so just ask and they'll do their best for you. It's a nice, reasonably priced place to stay in a tourist area. Thanks, artotel! I'd visit again.

We only realized after arriving that there are two locations: the older Pelangi resort and the newer site with the glamping and other activities. We stayed at the older one, away from where those activities are. The staff were quite helpful, but with ARTOTEL managing the property, I think there’s room to improve. The cafe doesn't open until 13.00, so at breakfast there was no choice of à la carte food, coffee, juice, or anything else. The buffet is available for an extra breakfast charge, but some guests would rather eat in their rooms, especially if they have to drive to the newer location. There aren't many options in the area, so opening the cafe earlier could help. The TV and connection need an update. A SMART TV, even an affordable option like TCL, might make sense since the channel selection is limited. We ordered dinner through room service. The limited menu was understandable, but the flavor and portions could be better. It's a beautiful area, and I understand if the property is content with its location. But if it wants guests to recommend it and come back for quick getaways, it should focus on the basics customers value. People who pay for anything from the most economical room to the most premium one will remember whether they got good value.

A spacious place for a quiet getaway, while still being close enough to Jakarta. The staff were great, the food was pretty good, and it felt worth the price.

We booked through WhatsApp after contacting the staff there through a link on their Instagram. They were welcoming, responded quickly, and always answered our concerns. The room was lovely and made for a peaceful getaway. Since it's a glamping area, though, rain does make it a bit loud.
