Aston Sentul Lake Resort & Conference Center

We stayed in a villa and had an insect problem, but the staff sorted it out incredibly quickly. Evi and Yohana helped at breakfast, which was delicious and had lots of choices. Dinner was great too, with plenty of Indonesian dishes to pick from. Wonderful hotel. Keep it up Aston!

Dinner at BARATA was the highlight, with delicious food and an impressive range at the Indonesian stalls outside by the pool. The Executive Chef was very friendly and came over to greet us while we were in line. One small thing that would help is having a bowl of water at the table for a quick handwash. From reservation to arrival, things also went smoothly: thanks to Pak Bonny for handling the booking, and to Ms. Widi and Pak Rommy for making check-in welcoming. The GRO team had a lovely setup ready for us. Definitely worth the price, and I’ll be back.

The room was beautiful, and it gave us a sense of stepping back in time. We loved the view and the building, which is why I booked the hotel, and the bed was comfortable enough that we slept really well. We could hear the mosque prayer, but it didn’t bother us, and the room was soundproof enough. The stay was good overall and service was good. Most staff seemed friendly. Mr. Haekal was especially kind and quick to handle our requests with care. Thank you for helping us so well. I think it’s a pleasant place to visit.

The restaurant is a strong point, with plenty of choices from Indonesian to Western food. The property also has large meeting rooms, so it can get busy with corporate guests. There are quite a few buildings spread across this spacious hotel. Our room was large and comfortable, and we had a lovely view of the surrounding hills and mountains. The facilities are well equipped.
