The room was decent, but the rest of our two-day stay, booked through the 30 Sundays agency for our Bali trip, was disappointing. The pool was much smaller and less appealing than it looked in the pictures. A floating breakfast was meant to be arranged on day one, but wasn't provided because of the weather. The hotel then told the agency it had been arranged, which was misleading. Breakfast was poor in both quality and amount, with just 2-3 items and tiny portions, not what I'd expect for the premium price. We also got only one 300 ml bottle of water per person for the whole stay. The location was inconvenient too, far from the city, shopping, and major attractions, so getting around took a lot of time. This wasn't worth the money. Ubud has better options for service, location, and value. I wouldn't recommend it.

Breakfast was decent, with 3-4 choices, and the property itself is quite decent too. But the furniture looks very old and should be replaced. Maybe they're already working on it, though I'm not sure. There’s no elevator, which makes getting up and down really difficult. I hope they address that. Overall, I had a good experience.

The facilities were good, apart from the long stairs and the lack of a phone in the villas. I’m giving it a 1 because of what happened with my deposit. They normally take 900K IDR and say they'll refund it at checkout, minus any extra services such as lunch or dinner. When I checked out, they refused to return it and gave me no bills. They said the refund would come in 3-4 days, but it's now been 5 days and I'm still waiting. My shopping plans were completely spoiled. I do not recommend this stay to anyone.

It’s very quiet and close to nature, and I had a good stay. The rooms need some upgrades, though, and the bed wasn’t comfortable. If you’re not used to being alone somewhere this quiet, it can feel scary at times. There are very few food choices for vegetarians.

The staff are good and it’s a nice place. One thing to know: if you order from the villa restaurant, you have to pay by card. They don't take cash. I’d suggest accepting cash too.
