Sanctoo Suites and Villas

The staff were attentive, and the panorama view room at Sanctoo was clean, nice, and spacious. Although it's not close to Ubud centre, getting a car with Grab was easy, and hotel security felt very safe: every car entering had to be verified by a passenger as a resident or not. One thing to keep in mind if you want quiet mornings: my room overlooked the swimming pool and restaurant, and I could hear kids screaming and laughing from 7am. I understand it's a kid-friendly hotel, so those who need more quiet may want to ask for a room at the other end, which might be calmer. The breakfast variety wasn't huge, but the atmosphere was relaxing. My daughter has a peanut allergy, and the restaurant kindly made her a custom egg Benedict for breakfast. We also had a good dinner at the restaurant on our first night. They offered us entry to Bali zoo at check-in, but we didn't have time to go this trip. We had a very satisfying stay.

Traveling with a child can be challenging, but the whole team at Sanctoo Suites & Villas was attentive, helpful, and genuinely caring from the moment we arrived. The location was fantastic and the facilities were beautiful. Dewi from Customer Relations deserves a special thank you for her warm hospitality, attention to detail, and clear leadership. She went above and beyond, making our stay memorable. Dian gave us one of the best massages we've had, with real skill, professionalism, and a calming presence. We had a wonderful family holiday and would highly recommend the hotel to families visiting Bali. We look forward to returning.

Our booking was handled so well by Tara. She's a trainee, but was responsive, efficient, and professional. Everyone welcomed us warmly, from security through to the front office, and our spacious, spotless, comfortable room had a lovely birthday decoration waiting inside. Having unlimited access to Bali Zoo was one of the best parts for my son, who had a wonderful time. At breakfast, the restaurant staff surprised me with a birthday celebration too. Special thanks to Dewi, Jasmine, and the other staff whose names I unfortunately can't remember. I was so happy to celebrate my birthday there with my husband and son. From start to finish, Sanctoo Suites & Villas gave us some of the best service I've had at any accommodation. Thank you for making it memorable. We'll definitely come back.

Agung made the spa visit the highlight of our stay. My masseuse was professional, full of wonderful energy, and seemed to know exactly what my body needed after the long journey. I felt completely reborn after her treatment, so if you're staying here, you absolutely must visit the spa and ask for Agung. The whole hotel felt like paradise from the start, beautifully maintained and surrounded by a warm staff. Thanks for such a perfect start to our vacation!
