This is a review about the staff and the way they joked to our faces. I have nothing to say about the property itself. My partner and I have been traveling around Southeast Asia for seven months. We send out our clothes for laundry every week, usually around 1.5 to 2 kg. Here, they charged us 100,000 Rp and said our clothes weighed 5 kg. The next day we took them to another laundry to weigh them, and they came to 1.6 kg, as the video shows. When we showed the video and challenged the charge, they had the nerve to say they weigh clothes while wet, so of course they were 1.6 kg dry instead of 5. They even finished by telling us to do it ourselves next time because that’s the normal way here. Like 🤡🤡🤡, who’s going to tell them? Charging us for 2 or 3 kg would have been fine, but 5? We’re not stupid. So here’s a wonderful review about how polite and lovely the staff are with their customers. I’ll leave one on Booking too 😁

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The same laundry issue described in the previous review happened to me. I handed over a few T-shirts and a pair of shorts. They said the price was cheap, so I agreed. When the clothes came back, they claimed it was 5 kg and charged 100,000 rupees, around 5 euros. That’s crazy for so few clothes. I took the unopened package to another laundry and weighed it there: 1.6 kg. I even recorded a video. I showed them the video, and it was clear they’d been caught in their scam. Instead of apologizing and owning up, they said the clothes get weighed wet. Are you kidding me? Nowhere else in the world, in Asia, or in Indonesia do they weigh clothes wet. I told them that was BS, and they got very rude. I hope this incident costs you a lot of customers and teaches you not to scam people.

The grounds are spacious and green, with a pool, sunbeds, and daily cleaning. My friends and I stayed for three weeks and had a great time. Nyoman and his family were wonderful, always helping with little things that made our stay comfortable. The breakfasts were incredibly delicious too. I recommend staying here 😊

There are so many nice spots to sit among the plants and artifacts. The place is beautifully designed, and the staff are lovely.
