Getting around on our scooter was really easy. We loved spending eight days here. It’s quiet, well built, and has two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, plus a nice dining and lounge area and kitchen. The pool was a great spot to relax with a few Bintangs and watch the sun go down over the west and the rice fields. We also saw several thunderstorms and rain, which was awesome.

We stayed here with my family and would love to return to Bali and Villa Grateful. It’s peaceful out in the rice fields, yet close to Ubud city center. We had an amazing stay at this wonderful villa.

The staff are friendly and very polite, and the villa was cleaned every day. It’s lovely to watch the sunset from bed, with a view over the fields through the windows. The interior is beautiful, and the villa is very nice and clean. I recommend it!

The owners are wonderful people, and they’ve done an excellent job creating a great place for either a short or long stay. Villa Grateful is an amazing place to stay. I hope to visit again in the near future!

Coming back to the pool after a day out was one of our favorite things. We loved our stay at this lovely villa in a quiet spot overlooking the rice paddy. I’d recommend it.
