Jusenny Hotel

Dust was everywhere, from the reception area along the way to the room. The photos also don’t match the hotel’s current condition. I only stayed because I couldn’t get a refund to change hotels, and it was a creepy, very bad experience. I usually don’t leave a review when a place falls short, but this one was beyond what I expected. The room smelled as if it hadn’t been cleaned or used in a long time, and the walls were poorly maintained. The shower had no shower head or soap, and there was no bath mat, so I had to use our bath towel. The AC still wasn’t cold after I complained and staff said they’d checked it. Given the state of the place, I can see why the workers didn’t seem friendly.

I ended up changing rooms three times, and each had its own problem. The first had bugs in the sheets and blanket, leaving my skin itchy all night. In the second, the floor was very dirty and the bathroom smelled like someone had just smoked in it. The third room also had lots of bugs, and its AC didn’t work. Bad experience, I wouldn’t recommend it.

The view was good and the service was friendly, but the hotel was dirty. The bed cover and bathroom were both filthy, as if the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned at all, and the room seemed neglected for a long time. The AC wasn’t cold and leaked.

There are plenty of street food vendors and restaurants nearby, which is handy if you don’t want to go far to eat. This felt like a practical place for people looking for a competitive price and somewhere to rest and sleep, rather than a recreational hotel. My room was a bit small, and construction just a few feet away left the floor feeling a little dusty. Still, it had a comfortable bed, a decent-sized bathroom, hot water, a TV, a refrigerator, and the other basics. Moderately positive experience.
