Hotel O Solo near Solo Safari formerly RR Guesthouse

We had already booked two rooms, but when we got there they said everything was full and asked us to add 100,000 Rupiah. We asked to cancel, but they wouldn’t let us.

The app still showed rooms available, but when I arrived they said they were fully booked. They wanted another 50,000 Rupiah for a room, and since it was late at night and I was a woman, I felt I had no choice but to pay. I couldn’t get a refund either. The service was poor, and the bathroom was dirty. I was disappointed.

I arrived to find out that, despite having booked, there was no room for me. The bathroom was dirty, and the place felt empty. The receptionist had disappeared, and getting hold of them was difficult. When I finally did, sorting anything out was even harder. I really can't tell what this place is supposed to be. If you're thinking of coming, I'd look elsewhere.

If you’re after a vintage look, you might like it. The rooms feel neglected, like a grandma’s house that’s been left untouched since 1945.
