For 150 k a night, I got a spacious, clean room with a kettle and water. The linen smelled really fresh, and the staff were friendly. The bus station is about a five-minute drive away.

We only had a short stop here, checking in at midnight and leaving at 5am, but Husni made sure the room was ready and answered all our questions about where we were going next. The room was pretty, clean, well kept, and air-conditioned. It had coffee, tea, water, and a heater, and I loved the interior. We didn’t expect to find such a nice hotel in a place like this. We had no time for photos, but I’m sure you won’t be disappointed. We’d choose it again if we return to Sumbawa.

It doesn’t really look like a hotel, but the service is good. The staff were helpful and quick to respond, and the new construction is well maintained. Free airport pickup was a big bonus.

I’m really disappointed. I booked a room for four nights and paid in full, but when we arrived they said there was no payment. They had clearly said the hotel would provide the room and facilities whenever we checked in. Other customers, please be careful with this hotel or the number listed for it. They take no responsibility, and my room payment has been declared forfeited.

Bravo is only the name. At 200k a night it’s definitely very expensive. Nobody speaks English, and there was no toilet paper, towels, or soap.
