Azhimah Rooms At Jatinangor Near IPDN

Transport from the building is good, and the building management has been good so far. Easton Park is one of the tallest buildings in Jatinangor, beside ITB and UNPAD Jatinangor. Many students from different countries live here, most studying at ITB, UNPAD, IPDN, or other universities. Office workers and people visiting the area also stay here. There are different agencies for renting rooms, but I wouldn't recommend Azimah.

It's a busy place in a good location, though it needs more maintenance.

I paid 400,000 IDR through Agoda for one night, but I couldn't bring myself to sleep in that room, so I canceled my stay. I checked in at Easton Jatinangor on October 18, 2025, and found it really dirty. The hallways looked as if they hadn't been swept, mopped, or cleaned, and the elevator wasn't maintained either. The apartment is handled by individual room owners rather than one management team. There was a broker whose appearance struck me as that of a market thug, a man with earrings and tattoos. Downstairs, the broker's room was dirty and everyone there was smoking. Think twice before renting here. This is my honest experience as a customer, without bias or business competition. Even one star feels too generous for these service conditions. I hope this is useful.
