We left within an hour. Both of our rooms were dirty, with torn sheets, and one bed smelled of urine. There was no toilet paper, and the toilet was disgusting, with feces on the rim. The staff didn't apologize. It's a dump, and even zero stars would be too many.

The reception staff were friendly, and the place is decent value for money. The rooms could be cleaned better, though. Since it's right by an uphill road, you'll need a high tolerance for traffic noise.

It's so cold here even without AC, and the hot water takes a while to come through. They don't have an iron, not even at the front desk. Getting public transport is really easy, though. For a good, cheap steak, cross the road to the other accommodation with a restaurant out front. ;)

The bathroom was clean and the room wasn't dirty, but the place looked dull and worn. The sheets were faded, the paint was crumbling, and the spring bed didn't really feel springy. The room came across more like an old motel than I expected, even knowing it was cheap. The hospitality was good. Would I come back? Maybe if I had no money and couldn't find somewhere better.

The room I got was just larger, with no AC, even though I'd chosen the most expensive option and expected one. It gets cold at night, but then it's really hot around noon.
