What stood out most was the service, especially from our butler, Pak Ruslan, who looked after us for three days. He was professional and attentive, quick to reply whenever we texted, and kept us updated when his shift ended. He even stayed on standby afterward in case other services took longer to respond. We’re very grateful to him. Dewi from sales was also thoughtful and helpful from the start. We rented all of Rumah Gautama for my brother’s wedding. The open, peaceful atmosphere was just what we wanted, and the rooms were spacious and clean enough for everyone to feel comfortable. The food was good. The in-room amenities could use a little improvement, but this was still one of the best places I’ve stayed. A great choice for a special occasion.

The design of the rooms, the tasty breakfast, and the calm, relaxing atmosphere all made our stay memorable. We also spotted monkeys and squirrels nearby! Kang Ruslan gave us friendly, first-rate service and made our whole company’s stay much better. We booked the whole Rumah Gautama, including Studio 1, Studio 2, and Studio 3, for 3 days 2 nights. I’d definitely recommend giving it a try. ❤️🌳

The venue had a nice atmosphere for the wedding ceremony. Getting there takes some planning since it's quite isolated, and the road is so steep that you'll want to make sure your car is in good condition.

The staff were helpful and nice, and the facilities made this one of the best places for a staycation. Reaching Rumah Gautama was difficult because of the road, and a bus couldn't make it. Thanks for having me. I hope to come back soon.
