Grand Paradise Hotel Lembang

I stayed here in mid 2025. Construction began in 1998, and it opened commercially in 2010, so by then it was 12 years old. The building has an ancient rome style, with lots of artwork on the walls. It didn't seem to be fully maintained anymore, but I still felt the price was worth it. Maintenance costs must be high with low occupancy. I had a great stay, and you should try it before late.

We enjoyed our stay in the very spacious family suite. The breakfast spread was decent too.

I was with a big group, but personally I wouldn't stay at this hotel again. Our room felt damp and had no windows for sunlight. The bathroom design was old fashioned and weird. One light switch was connected to the exhaust fan, so we couldn't turn off the light without turning off the fan.

The indoor pools were a hit with my children, especially the large pool and the hot water pool. The hotel's architecture is stunning, and the place is cozy and clean. There are discounts if you book the room months earlier. I really like this hotel and recommend it to my colleagues. Please have an officer or security guard inside the indoor pool, because many visitors still ignore the rule about leaving footwear outside, and some smoke INSIDE. It's really annoying to others. Keep up the service and hospitality. Thank you.
