We stayed on 26 May 2026 and wished we could've stayed longer. The view from above was wonderful, and there was a cute little performance for guests. The food was beautiful and yummy, and breakfast was varied and delicious, way beyond our expectations. The whole environment was amazing; I could've spent the entire day there. We'll certainly return for a longer stay.

The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices. When I arrived, my booked room was already full, but Miss Frida was attentive and helped sort things out by upgrading my room. I'm very happy with the hotel and will definitely come back.

The room was a little small, but quiet and peaceful, and everything worked properly. Service was nice, and the receptionist was especially respectful and helpful. The buffet breakfast was clean and neatly laid out, with food that was well made and prepared.

There were cigarette burn marks in the bathroom, and the toilet exhaust fan wasn't working. What disappointed me most was finding out at check-in that all deluxe rooms now allow smoking, even though I had specifically requested a non-smoking deluxe room when I booked on November 11, 2025. I was traveling with my child, and the hotel hadn't told me about this change in advance. As a solution, staff asked me to sniff rooms to find one that smelled less. It's disappointing for a family on vacation with children. I normally wouldn't give Harris two stars, but this time I did.
