Hotel O P3 Guest House

This place is a real scam. I was fine with the basic amenities because the price was cheap, but the way the charges worked was beyond reason. I booked for 60,000 Rupiah a night for a room with an outside bathroom. On arrival, they said that room was being renovated and only rooms with en suite bathrooms were available, so I had to add 35,000 Rupiah per night. I paid the total of 95,000 Rupiah. The next day, I wanted to extend my stay and booked again on the OYO app for 74,000 Rupiah. The listing included a photo of a room with an en suite bathroom. When I went to reception to confirm, they asked for another 50,000 Rupiah, bringing what I paid to 124,000 Rupiah. Is this an inn or a place to stay? Why do fuel prices keep going up?

I’ve stayed at Oyo hotels in Jakarta several times when entertaining guests, and the rooms there have been clean, neat, and comfortable. This place was nothing like that. The bed and towels were dirty, and I wouldn’t say it’s worth the rental price. As far as I know, Jakarta app prices are updated and discounted, but here they added another 200,000 IDR for 2 rooms and blamed the app for showing the price.

The bed was clean, and the room had a large wardrobe, good AC, and a bathroom so big you could play futsal in it, lol. Finding the place from the main road was difficult, though. The turn is tiny, the road is rough, and the sign is too small.

The room looked nothing like the pictures, and the AC wasn’t cold. The bathroom water wasn’t cold either. On top of that, the price at check-in was DOUBLE what the app showed. They insisted the app price had been updated, but it still hadn’t changed. This place scams a lot of people, and I felt like a victim. Basically, DON’T STAY HERE, and don’t let anyone else get caught out. The same room, AC, and bathroom problems were repeated in the review: it’s terrible, and I’d say DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!
