The staff responded quickly, and check-in and checkout were easy. The room was spacious, with plenty of parking, clean linen, working Wi-Fi, and a good price in a nice neighborhood. The room lighting needs work, especially in the bathroom, which was too dim at night. There was also a strong cigarette smell in the room even though it was marked non-smoking and non-vaping, and moss had grown in the deep end of the pool.

I booked four rooms, and none of the bathrooms had water. The toilets wouldn't flush and the sinks backed up. I also paid for breakfast and got nothing, and there were no facilities on site. The place was terrible and far too expensive for what it offers. Don't be misled by the photos or other reviews. There are plenty of similar-priced places to stay, so avoid this one or you'll be disappointed.

I was very happy to find this hotel, and it was easy to locate despite being in a village with a narrow road. I paid 220Rp for a regular room. It was new and clean, with plenty of space, an air conditioner, a large fan, a big TV, and a clean bed. The Wi-Fi was good, and there was parking. I'm a bicycle traveller who looks for cheap hotels, but the room still needs to be clean. Tamatabi 20190112. Good trip.

The view was nice from our second-floor room. The bathroom was a little dumpy, but it was fine.
