The staff were very helpful, which was the one positive thing for me. This is a one-star hotel at best, maybe below that, so don't expect it to be well maintained. The toilet was in very bad shape, there was no AC, and both the bed and floor were dirty. Unfortunately, it was the nearest accommodation I could find.

The place felt more like an abandoned, haunted house than a hotel. It was frightening and dirty, with things that weren't fit to use. I was the only guest there yesterday. The rooms and windows were broken, dust was everywhere, and the walls had lots of stains. Many other rooms sat empty and uncared for. The hotel no longer works with the app, so don't book through it.
2/10
Please be careful. It felt spooky as soon as I walked in. There was a hole in the window and something wrong with the door, and the front desk was empty. There was only Latin😭. How was I supposed to get online? They said they don't work with the app anymore.
