The breakfast didn't offer much variety, so it was hard to try something different. The room service menu seemed more luxurious. Still, the hotel was comfortable, with almost complete amenities, and for me it was the best place to stay in Sumenep. I spent one night here with my family while visiting, and would recommend it if you're staying overnight in town.

The facilities and service were good overall, though when I first arrived the room wasn't ready and we had to wait. I hope they improve that. This was my first stay, for two days, while attending an event run by my institution and partner institutions with village officials and local communities. Good luck!

The food was well prepared and the hot water worked fine. Noise was the problem. Maybe the operator could add some sound dampening, or people could be more considerate and stop slamming doors repeatedly, especially at night ✌

At 15.37 111221 I gave debghraf 5 stars. We had an issue with the key for room 210, but the service was very good otherwise. There was no nasi goreng at breakfast, which was fine since I got bread 😀😀 Thanks, and I hope de baghraf hotel does well.

The room was spacious, the location was great, and the facilities were good. The air conditioner was big, and breakfast was good. Amenities and bathroom fixtures were standard, including Toto and friends. Cleanliness could use some improvement.
