The meals were lovely and came in good portions, and the decor was great. It’s conveniently close to the mall and just a short walk from the Morazen Hotel backdoor. The Tea Pai room felt a bit too small, and the toilets were on the small side too.
The security is excellent, and the lobby staff are very friendly and welcoming. This is a luxurious, clean apartment in a great spot, right across from Surabaya Mall (ex-Delta Plaza), with banks, offices, and government buildings nearby. I’d recommend it for both short and long stays.
The food was fine, 7.8/10, though the water tasted weird. Maybe I was just unlucky. The separate entrances for cars and motorbikes don’t make much sense: motorbikes have to go around to the back, which isn’t nearby, only to end up in the same place as the car park.

The apartment is right in front of Surabaya Plaza mall, but the parking isn’t free and is difficult to access. There are two TVs in the apartment, and neither works.
