Airy Eco Syariah Karang Pilang Mastrip 168 Surabaya

For about 66,000 Rupiah with an Airy voucher, it was pretty decent. The room had plenty of space, though it got a little hot, and the walls looked like plywood. Amenities were basic, and they didn't give me the Wi-Fi password.

The room and bathroom weren't comfortable, and the place seemed neglected. The floor was dirty enough that it looked like it hadn't been mopped. The blanket was very thin; the water looked yellowish and smelled a bit, and the shower was partly broken. It's on the Kedurus main road, so the location isn't very convenient. Motorbike parking was easy, but there wasn't enough space for cars. Overall, I didn't feel comfortable there.

I've never left a bad review before, but I wouldn't recommend this place. Even though I booked through the app, the room hadn't been cleaned or prepared. The facilities were basic and the price was cheap, so a clogged sink and ordinary toilet were understandable. The dirt and dust under the bed, though, were really upsetting. Hadehhhhh.

The room was a mess, and nothing like the pictures on Airy. The air conditioning didn't cool, the bed cover was dirty and yellowish white like someone had peed on it, and the blanket was paper thin. The bathroom was as dirty as a public restroom, the water smelled, and the shower was broken. Dust, rubbish, cigarette ash, leaves, and clumps of hair were left along the corridor, and neither the terrace nor the room had been swept. I booked through the Airy app a week ahead, but the room still wasn't ready. When I checked in, the staff were unfriendly and busy playing Mobile Legends. There are lots of other places at the same price with better facilities and service. I really don't recommend staying here.
