After living here for a month, I can say the infrastructure is really complicated. It took two hours to get the bike in and find my parking spot. I was on the 25th floor, and whenever I ordered food, delivery was left in the lobby, so I had to go down each time. It was really annoying. The pool and gym were open from 09 am to 09 pm, so morning workouts weren't possible.
The units are cramped and seem designed to maximize profit. These apartment buildings are falling apart because maintenance is so minimal. Cheap developer and property management.
You get to live right above Pakuwon Mall, one of Surabaya's largest malls. It's super worth it.
