The facilities need some improvement. The waiting room's air conditioning is very hot, and the restaurant needs renovating too.

Clean enough, and I'd give the breakfast 7/10.

Popular spots are nearby, and it's right in the heart of Surabaya.

It was noisy at night, and the hot water only stayed hot briefly before turning cold. The room itself was standard and the staff were okay. Airy provided snacks and drinking water. Breakfast was very basic, with rice, fried rice, noodles, soup, chicken, and bread. At this price, I think you can find other places with better amenities.
