We had an issue on arrival after booking through the OYO app: the booking still hadn’t been approved, so we had to pay an extra 10K to get it approved. The room itself was small, and the smell from the wastafel was unpleasant. It’s still a fairly nice place for an overnight stop in the city center.
The location in central Surabaya made it easy to get around everywhere in the city. The room was clean and comfy, a good place to stay while on vacation.
There’s no window in the room, but the air con worked well and wasn’t noisy. The staff were friendly.
Fine for a transit stop.
The staff were friendly, and the room was clean.
