A good value hotel in a strategic spot. The staff are great, and breakfast has Indonesian dishes.

The location across from TP 1 Mall is great, and the hotel is compact and affordable. Cleanliness and facilities are standard. Big thanks to the friendly staff, who were always smiling and efficient, and accommodated early check-in and late check-out to fit our flight schedule. I’ll stay here again on a future visit to Surabaya 😊

The hotel was clean, with a nice room and a very good location in the city center. The service felt five-star.

It’s pretty good, inexpensive, and in a very strategic location. My room loses two points because neither window was permanently locked. A child could open them and end up somewhere very dangerous, even with a railing outside.

The view is good, especially from a high floor if you request one. The room was neat and very clean, with no stains on the bed, and it’s very close to Tunjangan Plaza.
