Worth paying a bit more for a room that fits what you need. The bigger rooms come with different setups, like twin beds or one larger room with a single bed, and the packages vary too. Some include a shower pack, towel, and breakfast, while others include just the shower pack and towel. More facilities mean a higher price, so check carefully when booking. Even the pricier options are still fairly cheap, with comfortable rooms and decent service. Breakfast was okay as well. CitiHub is a business hotel, which helps explain its low rates. I booked the cheapest room, under 100k Rupiah. It was tiny, around 1.5x2, with one bed and a small built-in wall table, and the bathroom was shared outside the room. A shower pack wasn’t included, so you have to rent one. It works if you just need somewhere to sleep for a night, though I wouldn’t really recommend that room. Choose the right room for your needs and the hotel is quite comfortable and worth the price.

Best budget hotel in North Surabaya! In July2017, it was Rp235k for a room with a queen bed and en suite bathroom, or Rp75k for a one-person cabin with a shared bathroom. The KingKoil mattress and pillows were comfy, and the bathroom was clean. Love it ♥

There wasn’t any temperature check for guests. Reception had hand sanitizer in a small cup, and I think a bigger bottle would be better so everyone coming in can see it.

It’s a long way from the city center, though it’s near the station and Pasar Atom if you need to buy something. The local people near the hotel and facility are annoying. It’s hard to find food at night.

The meals were delicious, the room was clean, and the staff were helpful. Citihub Hotel gives great service. Simply the best budget hotel.
