The staff were helpful, but my room was dusty and the bed had stains all over it. There was no internet access.

It’s near the airport and the hotel price is affordable, but the service was poor. A parking attendant was rude and kept asking for more money without giving a ticket. I don’t know the rules, but asking IDR 100k for a car picking me up and waiting in front of the hotel for under five minutes was too much. The receptionist was busy on her phone. Thanks to the security guard, I was left waiting inside the elevator for more than an hour.

For a place under Rp300k, the hotel looks good. It’s easy to reach, right next to Petra University Surabaya, and there are food and drink options nearby. Just don’t compare it with a 5 🌟 hotel. One thing that could be clearer is how to use the WiFi, since the username and password weren’t clearly written.

There are plenty of shops and food options in the building, including Chatime, Starbucks, a minimarket, a pharmacy, and food stalls. Indomaret and HAUS! (my fav) are nearby too. The room was budget-friendly but nice, and they took care of my complaint about the broken exhaust and my request for an extra towel. It’s across from Petra University. The bed was too small for two people, though. Please offer twin beds soon.
