I especially appreciated Ibu Yulia Santoso, whose professionalism and warm hospitality made the whole stay better. The hotel is right in the city center, with a church and plenty of restaurants easy to reach on foot. My room was surprisingly roomy for a three-star place. Breakfast had tasty options, and the coffee break and lunch catering were excellent. The rujak manis at the coffee break was fresh and delicious. On-site parking is limited because the hotel is compact, but the staff's efficient valet service handled that easily. I had a very satisfying experience at Quest Hotel Surabaya.

There was a good range of food for our iftar buffet at Cristal Resto, all of it fine, and the price suited the occasion. Thanks to Ms. SANNIYAH for being so helpful with our reservation.

The hotel is in a handy spot around Darmo street, and the staff were friendly with good service. I did get itchy after using the towels, though. They may need to check or clean the things in the room more regularly.

Dinner came to IDR 150K for chicken satays, a bowl of tom yum goong, and an americano. I ordered the medium satays since medium and small were the only sizes, but the medium portion felt more like large. When I first got to the room, there was a faint smell like Indonesian herbal massage oil, Bee brand medicated oil as I found out online. I actually liked it, so it didn't bother me. I came as part of 'my quest' to figure out life's meaning, and I think the answer is 'you only live once'. It was a great stay, with a lot to offer for a three-star hotel, whoever decided on the stars.

The lovely, well-prepared decor helped make our dinner evening memorable. Everything was amazing, and the service was excellent. Highly recommended!✨
