The place costs 200k without breakfast, and late checkout adds another 50k. Getting around means going up and down stairs, access is awkward, and parking comes with a warning to use the marked spot or your tires could be deflated. My bathroom was dirty, and there was just one very dirty towel. Don’t expect service at a boarding house rented by the day. For that price, I’d look for reddor or oyo instead.

The laundry setup was frustrating: only four items are taken per day, and if they aren’t collected one day, the next pickup is still four, not eight. I also had one pair of pants go missing. The room was dusty and hadn’t been cleaned before I arrived, the Wi-Fi was very slow, and I had to ask the boarding house residents for the password because the lady didn’t provide it. Flies were everywhere in the dirty surroundings. The AC shut off every hour, wasting electricity, and its timer couldn’t be disabled. Bloody hell.

There’s plenty of parking for cars and motorbikes, and the kitchen is clean and has a fridge, water dispenser, stove, and microwave. The boarding house itself is clean too, and the caretaker is friendly and quick to respond. I’d recommend it for married couples and college students.

There’s no guard, so check-in is self-service. The bathroom is a real hassle, and I was told to ask the guard first. The window was already open and the key was inside. The mattress was thin and smelled bad. And the TV looked like it was from 1945. Oh my god.

I’ve been here for six months and plan to stay on. The room is clean and comfortable, with good space and no dampness, and the Wi-Fi works smoothly. Parking for cars and motorbikes is spacious and easy to use. All the guards are really friendly. Definitely recommended.
