It feels homey, and the building seems new. The modern, minimalist interior is neatly arranged. I liked the cold AC, complete amenities, TV and smart TV, and the water heater. Netflix is available if you use your own account. The soap and shampoo smell nice. The receptionist was friendly and quick to respond when someone came in, and the smart door security means not everyone can enter. Seems like a good fit for a solo stay or a small family. One suggestion for management: label the soap and shampoo bottles on the outside. The tag was missing from the bottle in my room, so I couldn't tell which was which. Otherwise, it's fine and could be an option when staying in Surabaya.

The staff were friendly, and the city-center location is strategic. But there's a urine smell in the toilet that won't go away, which is pretty disruptive. With the bathroom door shut it gets stuffy, and with it open the smell spreads into the room.

For 200,000-plus, this downtown Surabaya hotel near Bungkul Park felt worth it. It's clean and cozy, with spacious rooms, hot water, and Netflix. Check in on a Saturday and you can experience the busy CFD too. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel in downtown Surabaya.

The city-center location makes everything feel close. It's comfortable enough as a simple place to rest or transit, though there's still plenty that could be improved.

The building is new and nice, and otherwise I'd recommend the place. But I found what looked like bathroom cleaning product under the mattress, which made me think the room hadn't been cleaned thoroughly.
