Exquisite & Spacious 2BR Apartment at La Riz Supermall Mansion

The shared areas are kept up well, but the pool stays cold for much of the year because nearby buildings shade it. The outside glass facade has only been cleaned once in three years, after I asked. Its seals also aren't maintained regularly, so rainwater and even tomcat insects, which can cause severe skin burns, get into the apartment. There's no pest control program either. Rats move around inside the drywall walls; you can hear them, and they chew hoses. That caused a recent flood in my apartment. The condominium also isn't pet friendly, which feels out of step with trends worldwide and with the attached shopping mall.

Mall construction runs from 10 pm to 6 am and disturbs people living on the lower apartment floors. The building and mall managers don't coordinate well. Management at Pakuwon Group set those hours to avoid disturbing mall visitors, without considering the residents in the apartment buildings. That's inconsiderate.

Really convenient, since it's right above the city's biggest mall.

Living here is easy, and it's part of the Pakuwon Mall complex. A really nice place to live, and I'd highly recommend buying a unit.
