We’d driven all day from Jakarta and needed somewhere to rest for one night, but the lobby parking spot was refused because our car had a roof box and was too tall. There was no parking space for it, and the staff at the front desk and security didn’t seem to care how much effort we’d made to get there. I’m really disappointed by this rigid, strange rule. We had to find another hotel, pay again, and now we’re struggling to get a refund. Shame on the GSL staff.

The power in room #2715 went out at about 3 a.m. on March 5, 2024, and nobody told us why. A lot of my food in the fridge went bad, and I couldn’t use the microwave to make breakfast or lunch before going to work.

There’s a pool and a playground on the ground floor, and the elevators are divided into upper and lower zones. The interior looks nice, the restrooms are clean, and they’re environmentally friendly.

A nice building that’s still being developed. Looks like a good option if you’re looking for an apartment to live in, with shopping nearby.
