OYO 1112 Nick's Homestay

The boarding house costs about the same as others, but the facilities are lacking and poorly maintained. It doesn't get cleaned properly either. The guard only seems to take the trash out regularly, while the rest of the cleaning is left undone.

The pool was so dirty that it couldn't be used, and the hallways from the lobby to the rooms felt neglected. The rooms themselves were reasonably clean. I didn't know the Siwalankerto area when I first stayed at Nick's, but after learning my way around, I picked another hotel, even though it cost a little more. It was cleaner and didn't make a false promise about having a usable pool. There are plenty of other places in the area, and I'd choose one that's better maintained.

That's the first and last time I'll book there. I had booked and been told how to add people, but then the hotel manager insulted me, saying, “If you want it for free, just say so.” So rude. What kind of manager talks to guests like that? I left right away and let him keep the money we'd already paid. May Allah repay all the injustice done to us, amen.
