For a budget motel in the city centre, this place has facilities that are hard to find at this price. The rooms are cozy, breakfast is included, and you can ask for coffee or tea. The hot water wasn’t working very well, though. I’d still be happy to come back whenever I’m in Surabaya.

It feels a little fancy for an inexpensive hotel, which is a nice surprise. Breakfast has three menu options, and there’s an escalator. The place is clean and the hot water is always ready. The woman concierge wasn’t friendly.

It’s quiet at night since the hotel isn’t in the city centre, and the staff are friendly. The AC worked well. The location is near the Heroes Monument, though getting there means turning into a small road. It’s a pretty good place, but the parking area could be bigger.

I only came to meet my cousin in the lobby, so I didn’t see a room. The lobby is quite small, but its furniture is comfortable. Based on that visit, I’d give it three stars.
