If anything gets miscommunicated, the reception can sort it out, and they’re flexible about helping customers improve or adjust their stay. For a place near the city center, it’s a strong option that can exceed expectations.

Dear Favehotel Management, The breakfast was a major disappointment. The restaurant in the basement was dim, smelled unpleasant, and lacked basic cleanliness. It didn't meet the standard I expected from a hotel brand. My room had a broken air conditioner, so it was uncomfortably hot, and the safety box didn't work. Although check-in went smoothly, getting these problems addressed was slow and frustrating. I waited almost two hours while the technician came back and forth several times, and then I was told they were interns. Their employment status isn't my concern as a guest. I expect working facilities and prompt, professional help when something goes wrong. This was especially disappointing because I'd stayed at another Favehotel in a different city before and was genuinely impressed with its service and room facilities. A sales team member arranged this booking. After this stay, I won't recommend this hotel or come back. I hope you take the feedback seriously, because the gap in service and maintenance could seriously harm the brand's reputation.

You'd be better off looking at another hotel. I asked for a smoking room, but they were full, which I could accept. Then I found a green fly in the room, and the towel smelled really bad. When I asked for a hairdryer, I would've understood if they were all in use, but the staff just said none had been returned yet. They could at least have apologized or offered to check and get back to me. The hospitality was very poor. Security wasn't helpful either. One person said parking was in the basement, another said the 5th floor because the basement was for management and the other levels were full. But I found a space on the 1st floor. Parking wasn't free, either. This is so wrong.
