What stood out most at the Sheraton Surabaya was how kind and helpful everyone was. Mrs. Tika at the Front Office was especially professional and welcoming, and made check-in a great experience. The whole team deserves credit for consistently going out of their way to help. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and right next to the mall, which is very convenient. I recently stayed here and had an excellent experience. I’ll definitely come back. Highly recommended!

I love the food here, it was sooo good. The service was excellent all around, and special thanks to bu risna from kafe bromo. It was still early morning and the store hadn’t opened when I asked for a menstrual pad, but she checked with other staff and departments, then looked around the cafe herself and brought one to me. Your help made my day beautiful. Great to have you guys. Hope you keep up the same excellent service always.

The staff were the hotel's strongest point, friendly and helpful from check-in through housekeeping. Breakfast was another highlight, with great quality and plenty of choice for local and international tastes. The stay was solid and mostly comfortable, though a few things kept it from meeting the brand's usual standards. The towels were the biggest letdown: greyish and worn. The front desk replaced them when I asked, but the same problem came back the next day, so there seems to be an issue with the linen or laundry standards that needs fixing. The TV connection was unstable too, which was frustrating in an otherwise modern room.

Mr. Wisnu from the Club Lounge was super helpful, and Chef Agung from Kafe Bromo made an absolutely phenomenal onde-onde! I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, and the service and hospitality were top-notch. Totally recommend this hotel to family and friends. Can’t wait to come back!

Chef Fitri prepared Nasi Goreng Cakalang Asap just for us, and it was really delicious. Breakfast was exquisite, and the chef made it feel personal. The staff also made sure our coffee was prepared right. Thank you for being so thoughtful, I really appreciate it.
