I booked through Agoda, but when I got to the property, the manager told me the rooms were full. The app hadn’t been updated, and they canceled my booking. I was charged 100% by the property, and they did nothing to help me get the charge refunded. They didn’t seem to care at all. The staff were very unprofessional. I’d tell people not to stay at this guest house.

We spent three nights here and really enjoyed the stay. The location worked well, close to BNS and jatim park 2, and paolo fest was within walking distance.
